Hotel Maison Maastricht Centrum
To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, the following reservation conditions apply to all bookings at Hotel Maison Maastricht Centrum.
Reservations can be made directly through our website, by email, or through selected booking partners. A reservation becomes final once you receive a confirmation email from the hotel.
When booking directly through our website, you will always benefit from the most favourable available rate and direct contact with our team for any requests or changes.
Upon arrival, a mandatory security deposit of €100.00 per room is required.
This deposit is temporarily authorized on your credit card and serves as security for possible damages, excessive cleaning costs, or missing items in the room.
If no damages or additional costs occur during your stay, the deposit will be released after check-out. Depending on your bank, the amount may take several business days to become available again.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if a valid credit card for the deposit cannot be provided.
Check-in is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Payment conditions depend on the selected rate at the time of booking. Some rates require payment in advance, while others allow payment at the hotel.
The hotel accepts major credit cards and debit cards. Cash payments may be limited.
Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected rate.
Flexible reservations can usually be cancelled free of charge up to a certain time before arrival. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified.
