La légende raconte qu'un berger éperdument amoureux aurait laissé son déjeuner dans une grotte à Roquefort-sur-Soulzon, pour le retrouver plus tard transformé par la magie de la nature (bonjour, Penicillium roqueforti !) en ce fromage bleu emblématique que nous adorons.
